Enraged in the clash of arms, the best of the Vanaras charged toward him—like the blazing sun—whose dreadful arrows shone like rays.
Then the bulls among Vanaras rushed in the battlefield towards Indrajith whose arrows were dreadful and blazing like the Sun 's rays.
Courage in service of a just cause: the leaders step forward even against a terrifying, ‘sun-like’ threat.
After suffering losses, the foremost Vanaras surge back into combat and rush Indrajit.
Leadership by example—foremost warriors take the greatest risk.
