Having split those missiles with keen arrows, Lakṣmaṇa—slayer of enemy champions—took up another sharp shaft, blazing as though with its own radiance.
Lakshmana, the heroic destroyer of foes, having split those arrows, seized a shaft which was a bright and sharp flaming arrow.
Dharma as disciplined preparedness: righteous duty is carried out through steady, purposeful action rather than hesitation or excess.
Lakṣmaṇa neutralizes incoming arrows and immediately readies a powerful counter-shot.
Saṃyama (controlled focus) and utsāha (resolute energy) in fulfilling duty.
