त्रिशिरा–देवान्तक–महोदर–मत्त (महापार्श्व) वधः | Slaying of Trisira, Devantaka, Mahodara, and Matta (Mahaparsva)

तःखडगंसमुद्यम्यत्रिशिराराक्षसोत्तमः ।निजघानतदाव्यूढेवायुपुत्रस्यवक्षसि ।।।।

Transliteration

tataḥ khaḍgaṁ samudyamya triśirā rākṣasottamaḥ | nijaghāna tadā vyūḍhe vāyuputrasya vakṣasi ||

Translation

Then Triśiras, foremost among the Rākṣasas, lifted his sword and struck Hanumān—the Wind’s son—upon the chest, steadfast in battle array.
