As Devāntaka came charging, Hanumān—the son of the Wind—leapt up and struck him on the head with a fist like a thunderbolt.

Then the son of wind god, Hanuman observing Devanthaka coming towards him, got up and hit him on the forehead with his thunderbolt like fist.

Dharma includes protecting the righteous side with proportionate, decisive action. Hanumān’s strike represents defense of satya-based mission (Rāma’s cause) against aggressive harm.

Devāntaka rushes to attack; Hanumān counters immediately by leaping and delivering a thunderbolt-like blow to the head.

Śaurya and rakṣaṇa (valor and protection): Hanumān acts swiftly to neutralize a threat to his allies and the broader dharmic campaign.
