परिघाभिहतश्चापिवानरेन्द्रात्मजस्तदा ।जानुभ्यांपतितोबूमौपुनरेवोत्पपात ह ।।।।

Transliteration

parighābhihataś cāpi vānarendrātmajas tadā |

jānubhyāṃ patito bhūmau punar evotpapāta ha ||

Translation

Though struck by the iron club, the son of the Vānara king fell to the ground upon his knees—yet at once he sprang up again.
