निमेषान्तरमात्रेणअङ्गदःकपिकुञ्जरः ।।6.54.33।।उदतिष्ठतदीप्ताक्षोदण्डाहतइवोरगः ।

Transliteration

nimeṣāntaramātreṇa aṅgadaḥ kapikuñjaraḥ |

udatiṣṭhata dīptākṣo daṇḍāhata ivoragaḥ |

Translation

In the space of a blink, Angada—the elephant among monkeys—sprang up, his eyes blazing, like a serpent struck with a staff.
