प्रतिलोमंवनौवायुर्निर्घातसमनिस्वनः ।तिमिरौघवृतास्तत्रदिशश्चनचकाशिरे ।।6.51.34।।

Transliteration

pratilomaṃ vavau vāyur nirghātasamanisvanaḥ |

timiraughavṛtās tatra diśaś ca na cakāśire ॥6.51.34॥

Translation

A contrary wind blew, roaring like thunder; masses of darkness covered the quarters, and the directions could no longer be discerned.
