Seeing Vibhīṣaṇa—who struck fear among the Vānaras—Sugrīva spoke to the great-souled king of bears, Jāmbavān, who stood nearby.
Beholding Vibheeshana, the Vanaras fled, said Sugriva to the great Jambavan who stood near him.
Dharma includes prudent discernment: leaders must evaluate newcomers carefully, balancing caution with fairness.
Vibhīṣaṇa’s presence unsettles some Vānaras; Sugrīva consults the elder Jāmbavān nearby.
Wise leadership—seeking counsel and responding calmly to fear within the ranks.
