“Quickly stop these men—terrified and scattering in many directions. Call them back and announce that Vibhīṣaṇa has arrived here.”
"Call them back who are running in different directions quickly. Tell them Vibheeshana has come here."
Dharma in leadership includes preventing unjust suspicion and mob panic; order and truthful communication (“Vibhīṣaṇa has come”) protect the innocent and preserve right action.
The Vānara army flees in confusion; Sugrīva commands that they be restrained and informed of Vibhīṣaṇa’s arrival.
Sugrīva’s decisiveness and commitment to orderly, truthful command.
