vimānenāpi gatvā tu sītā trijaṭayā saha | dadarśa vānarāṇāṃ tu sarvaṃ sainyaṃ nipātitam ||
Travelling by the aerial chariot with Trijaṭā, Sītā saw the entire army of the vānaras lying fallen.
Sita and Trijata flying on the Pushpaka saw all the fallen Vanara army.
It points to the cost of war and the duty to resist adharma: the fallen allies represent sacrifice in support of righteous cause, even amid deceptive appearances.
Sītā is flown over the battlefield and sees the vānaras apparently defeated and fallen.
The vānaras’ loyalty and courage are implied through their willingness to fight for Rāma’s righteous mission.
