Wise Rāma, having thus spoken to Vibhīṣaṇa for the successful accomplishment of the mission, and beholding the exceedingly beautiful slopes of Mount Suvela, resolved to climb it.

Wise Rama having spoken like that to Vibheeshana for accomplishing the task, looking at the beauty of Suvela mountain slopes, climbed up and went.

Rāma acts with disciplined purpose—after giving necessary instructions, he immediately takes the practical step needed for success, showing responsible leadership aligned with dharma (right action in the right way).

Satya is implied through consistency between word and deed: having spoken with intent to accomplish the mission, Rāma’s resolve to ascend Suvela shows follow-through and integrity.
