After slaying Daśagrīva together with Prahasta and his kinsmen, I shall make you king—this I tell you in truth.

"By Killing the ten-headed Ravana along with Prahastha and relatives I will make you the king. I am telling you, this is true."

Rāma commits to restoring rightful order: removing an unjust ruler and installing a righteous one. The emphasis on satya (“in truth”) frames kingship as a moral responsibility, not mere reward.

Rāma assures Vibhīṣaṇa that after defeating Rāvaṇa and his chief supporters, he will enthrone Vibhīṣaṇa as king of Laṅkā.

Truthfulness and steadfast promise-keeping—Rāma makes a clear vow-like assurance grounded in satya.
