Sugriva the head of the monkeys said" all of you including women also have to go quickly."

Dharma here is disciplined action at the proper time—promptly fulfilling a righteous plan without delay, while ensuring the whole community (including women) is included and protected.

After the war, preparations are being made for departure and for arranging people to proceed (toward Ayodhyā and the royal reunion); Rāma urges Sugrīva to hurry with everyone.

Rāma’s orderly leadership (maryādā) and Sugrīva’s duty-bound responsiveness as an ally-king.
