When Rāma had spoken thus, Vibhīṣaṇa—the lord of the Rākṣasas—swiftly summoned the vimāna, radiant like the sun. Then that aerial chariot appeared: its limbs adorned with golden designs, its platforms inlaid with vaidūrya gems; encircled by turreted pavilions, it shone on every side with a silvery luster. It was richly adorned with pale banners and flags, and beautified by golden mansions embellished with lotus-ornaments of gold. It was strewn with nets of tiny bells; its windows were set with pearls and gems; and it was ringed all around with rows of bells, sounding sweetly on every side. Fashioned by Viśvakarmā, it rose like the peak of Mount Meru, and was ornamented with spacious mansions resplendent with pearls and silver. Its floors were patterned with crystal, its excellent seats inlaid with vaidūrya, furnished with precious coverings, and fully equipped with great wealth.
Rama having spoken that way, Vibheeshana the king of Rakshasas, hurriedly ordered for the aerial car. The aerial car Pushpaka's parts were decorated with golden pictures, its altars were made of cat's eye gems, its squares were fixed with pillars and shone like silver. It was surrounded on all sides with yellow pennons. It had posts and flags all over, decorated with golden lotuses. The mansions in Pushpak had networks scattered with eyeholes set with pearls like windows. It had rows of bells, surrounded on all sides which had sweet sound. The Pushpak constructed by Viswakarma was huge like mountain Meru's peak and decorated with silver and pearls. Its pavements were fixed with crystals and encrusted with cat's eye gems. The seats were excellent and had rich coverings.
It highlights dharma as loyal, timely service to a righteous leader: Vibhīṣaṇa acts without delay, showing disciplined obedience aligned with Rāma’s just purpose.
Satya here is expressed as reliability and integrity in action: Vibhīṣaṇa’s prompt fulfillment of Rāma’s instruction demonstrates truthfulness as keeping one’s commitment in deed, not merely in speech.
