It had been obtained through austerity, mastery, and heroic power; and it moved in accord with the composed intention and thought of its lord. Fashioned with many distinctive arrangements, it appeared everywhere with equal and unwavering excellence.

(The Pushpaka) was designed by dint of divine efforts and prowess (of Kubera). It could touch any place its master commanded with a cool mind. It had many beautifulplaces of rest.

Puṣpaka (vimāna)

Kubera (implied by tradition/context of Puṣpaka’s origin)

The verse associates true power with tapas and mental composure (samādhāna). In the Ramayana ethos, disciplined mind and earned merit are the rightful foundations for extraordinary capacities.

Hanumān, moving through Laṅkā, continues to witness the marvels of the Puṣpaka vimāna and its remarkable responsiveness to its master’s will.

Self-control as a source of capability: the implied ideal ruler/master is one whose calm intention governs action—an ethical model contrasted with Rāvaṇa’s misuse of splendour.
