निश्चितार्थं ततस्तस्मिन् सुग्रीवं पवनात्मजे।।।।लक्ष्मणः प्रीतिमान् प्रीतं बहुमानादवैक्षत।

Transliteration

niścitārthaṃ tataḥ tasmin sugrīvaṃ pavanātmaje |

lakṣmaṇaḥ prītimān prītaṃ bahumānād avaikṣata ||

Translation

Then Lakṣmaṇa—affectionate and pleased—looked respectfully toward Sugrīva regarding the Wind-god’s son (Hanumān), convinced that the purpose had surely been achieved.
