दधिमुख-विज्ञापनम् / Dadhimukha Reports the Madhuvana Incident
न ह्यन्यस्साधने हेतुः कर्मणोऽस्य हनूमतः।कार्यसिद्धिर्मतिश्चैव तस्मिन्वानरपुङ्गवे।।।।व्यवसायश्च वीर्यं च श्रुतं चापि प्रतिष्ठितम्।
vanaṃ yadā’bhipannās te sādhitaṃ karma vānaraiḥ | dṛṣṭā devī na saṃdeho na cānyena hanūmatā ||
If they have entered the grove in that manner, then the vānaras have accomplished their task. There is no doubt: the Lady has been seen—by none other than Hanumān.
"Hanuman alone has the ability to do it, the reason being he has the capacity the wisdom, streneous effort, virility and enthusiasm to accomplish it. These attributes are well-established in him.
Dharma values truthful inference grounded in signs and character: success in righteous duty is recognized through reliable indicators and the known capability of the agent.
Observing the vānaras’ celebratory excess, Lakṣmaṇa concludes the search succeeded and specifically credits Hanumān with seeing Sītā.
