हनूमत्सीतासंवादः — Hanuman’s Offer of Rescue and Sita’s Dharmic Refusal
स वाच्यस्संत्वरस्वेति यावदेव न पूर्यते।अयं संवत्सरः कालस्तावद्धि मम जीवितम्।।।।
sa vācyaḥ saṁtvarasveti yāvad eva na pūryate |
ayaṁ saṁvatsaraḥ kālas tāvad dhi mama jīvitam ||
He must be told, “Hasten!”—before this allotted year is completed; for only so long, indeed, will my life endure.
"One year's time has been given (by Ravana) to me. Rama should be informed to be quick in reaching before the completion of the time limit and that I will survive till then only.
Dharma must be pursued with timely resolve: delaying righteous action can enable injustice to persist and endanger the innocent.
Sītā informs Hanumān about the deadline imposed by Rāvaṇa and urges that Rāma be told to act quickly.
