Shloka 5.36.36
सीताप्रत्यय-प्रदानम् (Sita’s Recognition and Reassurance by the Envoy)
तत्र यद्यन्तरा मृत्युर्यदि देवास्सहासुराः।स्थास्यन्ति पथि रामस्य स तानपि वधिष्यति।।।।
tatra yady antarā mṛtyur yadi devāḥ sahāsurāḥ | sthāsyanti pathi rāmasya sa tān api vadhiṣyati ||
If, in that enterprise, even Death itself—or gods together with asuras—should stand in Rāma’s way, he will strike down even them.
"Thereafter, whoever comes Rama's way, be it gods or demons or even death or any one else he will destroy them.
Dharma is shown as unwavering commitment to justice: when the cause is righteous (rescuing the wronged and ending tyranny), one must not be deterred by fear, status, or even seemingly cosmic opposition.
Hanumān intensifies his reassurance to Sītā by declaring that no power—divine, demonic, or personified Death—can block Rāma’s mission.
