The powerful Vānaras dwelling in my realm have arrived and are now encamped—mighty ones who can assume any form at will and whose stature is like that of lordly elephants.
'The vanaras living in my kingdom have come and have settled down. They are strong and huge like elephants and they can assume any form at will.
Sugriva describes the Vanaras as 'balinaḥ' (powerful), 'kāmarūpiṇaḥ' (shapeshifters), and 'vāraṇēndrabhāḥ' (massive like elephants), assuring Rama of their capability to serve the cause of righteousness.
This verse demonstrates Sugriva fulfilling his vow to Rama to mobilize his forces. By presenting the arrived army, he upholds the truth of his word and his alliance.
