वानरसेनामोचनम् / Mobilization of the Vanara Hosts
तानि मूलानि दिव्यानि फलानि च फलाशनाः।औषधानि च दिव्यानि जगृहुर्हरियूथपाः।।।।
tāni mūlāni divyāni phalāni ca phalāśanāḥ |
auṣadhāni ca divyāni jagṛhur hariyūthapāḥ ||
The vānara leaders, accustomed to living on fruits, gathered those heavenly roots and fruits, and also divine medicinal herbs.
The monkey leaders who lived on fruits collected the divine fruits, roots as well as medicinal herbs.
Dharma is practical service: gathering supplies and medicines for the community and its leader is a form of righteous support in a just cause.
The vānara commanders collect nourishing and medicinal items, preparing to present them as offerings and provisions in the ongoing mobilization under Sugriva.
Diligence and foresight: they secure both food and medicine, showing readiness for arduous tasks.
