hantavyās te durātmāno rājaśāsanadūṣakāḥ ||

And those who do not come within ten days in obedience to my order—those evil-minded corrupters of royal command—are to be put to death.

'Kill those evil-minded ones within ten days for disobeying the royal orders.

S
Sugrīva
V
Vānara (monkey forces)
R
rājaśāsana (royal command)

Accountability under rajadharma: a ruler’s command in a just cause must be upheld; deliberate disobedience is treated as a threat to order and the common good.

Sugrīva sets a strict deadline for assembling the Vānara forces and declares punishment for noncompliance to ensure the mission is not delayed.

Resolve and administrative firmness—Sugrīva prioritizes the mission’s urgency over tolerance for negligence.
