ताराविलापः — Tara’s Lament over Vāli

Surely, without doubt, Time—the ender of life—had come for you; for you, once uncontrollable, have now been forced under Sugrīva’s power.
'No doubt time is inexorable. The time of your death had surely arrived. Now you, whom nobody could control, have come under the sway of Sugriva.
Humility before Kāla: dharma includes recognizing that power is not absolute; time overturns dominance, and unjust control eventually yields to a rightful reordering.
Tārā reflects on the inevitability of death and the dramatic reversal whereby Vāli is now under Sugrīva’s sway through death.
Philosophical insight amid grief—Tārā interprets events through the lens of fate, consequence, and impermanence.
