तृतीयः सर्गः (Bālakāṇḍa 3): Vālmīki’s Yogic Verification and the Epic Synopsis
पर्वतारोहणं चापि सागरस्यापि लङ्घनम् ।समुद्रवचनाच्चैव मैनाकस्य च दर्शनम् ।।।।
parvatārohaṇaṃ cāpi sāgarasyāpi laṅghanam | samudra-vacanāc caiva mainākasya ca darśanam ||
He told of the ascent of the mountain, the crossing of the ocean, and—at the ocean’s prompting—the appearance of Maināka.
(He described) the climbing of Mahendra mountain (by Hanuman), crossing the sea emergence of Mainaka hill at the command of the lord of ocean.
Dharma-driven effort draws support: when one undertakes a truthful mission with discipline, nature and allies respond, offering aid without derailing the duty.
