O best of men, once we have all become purified—having bathed, performed japa, and offered oblations into the fire—we shall enter this holy hermitage.
O best of men, after morning ablutions offering oblations to the sacred fire, all of us sanctified will enter this pious hermitage".
Approaching sacred spaces requires inner and outer discipline—purity, prayer, and offering—so action is aligned with Satya and reverence.
Viśvāmitra instructs that after bathing, japa, and fire-offerings, they will proceed into the hermitage.
Reverence and self-discipline (śauca and niyama) as prerequisites for holy association.
