V
Vasiṣṭha
D
Daśaratha

Commitment to duty and truthfulness: a priest-teacher accepts responsibility to execute what has been rightly resolved by the king, reflecting reliability (satya) and disciplined service (dharma).

Daśaratha has proposed/decided the sacrificial undertaking; Vasiṣṭha formally agrees and promises to implement the plan.

Vasiṣṭha’s integrity and competence—he speaks with assurance and accepts the burden of execution without hesitation.
