Those men—especially the artisans—who are intensely engaged in the works of the sacrifice should be honored in a special way, each according to his role; and all of them should be kept content with payment and with food.
The people deeply immersed in performing sacrifice-related activities and sculptors be specially honoured according to their nature of work. All of them should be satisfied with money and food.
Dharma includes fair recognition and support of essential workers: those who enable sacred works must be honored and adequately provided for.
As the sacrifice is organized, Vasiṣṭha ensures that artisans and workers are not neglected amid ritual priorities.
Kṛtajñatā (gratitude) and nyāya (fairness): honoring service according to contribution and ensuring proper compensation.
