O Holy One, I have dwelt here happily with my ministers and my entire army of men and vehicles. By your power you have fully gratified us, fulfilling all our desires.
O holy one, I with my ministers and the entire army of men and animals passed the night happily. All our desires have been gratified by you.
Bharata is thanking Sage Bharadwaja for the miraculous hospitality provided to him and his massive army, created solely through the sage's ascetic powers (Tapas), which fulfilled every comfort and desire for the night.
It indicates that the sage's hospitality was not just for the royal family but extended to the entire army (bala) and the animals/vehicles (vahana), demonstrating the vastness of Bharadwaja's power and generosity.
