Rāghava established, in a manner befitting a hermitage, the proper arrangements for altar-sites, places of worship, and sacred enclosures.
Rama, son of the Raghus, made altars in all the quarters, places of worship and sacred spots for fire befitting a hermitage.
Dharma includes creating an ordered, sanctified environment for life and worship; Rāma models that righteous living requires structures that support discipline, learning, and reverence.
After arriving and preparing to reside, Rāma arranges the hermitage-space with proper ritual and worship locations.
Responsibility and foresight—Rāma ensures the new dwelling aligns with āśrama-standards, reflecting leadership through order and sanctity.
