चित्रकूटगमनम् तथा पर्णशालाप्रवेशः (Arrival at Chitrakuta and Establishing the Leaf-Hut)

भ्रातुर्वचनमाज्ञाय लक्ष्मणः परवीरहा।चकार स यथोक्तं च तं राम पुनरब्रवीत्।।।।

bhrātur vacanam ājñāya lakṣmaṇaḥ paravīrahā | cakāra sa yathoktaṃ ca taṃ rāmaḥ punar abravīt ||

Understanding his brother’s words, Lakṣmaṇa—slayer of the enemy’s champions—did exactly as instructed; then Rāma spoke to him again.

Lakshmana, slayer of heroes on the enemy's side, understood and implemented what he was told. Rama again said to him:

R
Rāma
L
Lakṣmaṇa

Dharma here is loyal execution of rightful instruction—acting as commanded, without ego or hesitation, in service of a higher purpose.

Lakṣmaṇa carries out Rāma’s directive; the narration marks the completion of the task and transitions back to Rāma’s next instruction.

Lakṣmaṇa’s disciplined obedience and readiness to act; Rāma’s role as guiding elder brother.
