कौशल्याया मङ्गलविधानम् — Kausalya’s Benedictions and Protective Rites for Rama

घृतं श्वेतानि माल्यानि समिधश्श्वेतसर्षपान्।उपसम्पादयामास कौशल्या परमाङ्गना।।2.25.28।।

ghṛtaṃ śvetāni mālyāni samidhaḥ śvetasarṣapān | upasampādayāmāsa kauśalyā paramāṅganā || 2.25.28 ||

Noble Kausalya procured ghee, garlands of white flowers, sacred fuel-sticks, and white mustard seeds for the rite.
