“Do your disciples attend upon you and carry out their duties well?”—so, always, does Rāma, the tiger among men, inquire of us.

It is well-known to all of you that people of this greatest kingdom were ruled by my predecessors who were great kings, who looked after the subjects as though they were their own children.

R
Rāma

Respect for teachers and institutional dharma: a ruler values disciplined service, proper conduct, and the healthy functioning of learning and duty.

While describing Rāma’s character, the ministers report how he regularly checks on the well-being and discipline of those connected to them.

Attentive leadership and humility—Rāma’s concern extends to educators and their disciples, reflecting social responsibility.
