अभिषेकसज्जा तथा सुमन्त्रस्य प्रेषणम् (Coronation Preparations and Sumantra’s Commission)

स तत्र शुश्राव च हर्षयुक्ताःरामाभिषेकार्थकृता जनानाम्।नरेन्द्रसूनोरभिमङ्गलार्थाःसर्वस्य लोकस्य गिरः प्रहृष्टः।।2.15.44।।

Transliteration

sa tatra śuśrāva ca harṣayuktāḥ

rāmābhiṣekārthakṛtā janānām |

narendrasūnor abhimaṅgalārthāḥ

sarvasya lokasya giraḥ prahṛṣṭaḥ || 2.15.44 ||

Translation

There he heard, with delight, the joyful words of the people—spoken in connection with Rama’s consecration and for the auspicious welfare of the king’s son.
