आकाशप्रभवो ब्रह्मा शाश्वतो नित्य अव्ययः।तस्मान्मरीचि: संजज्ञे मरीचेः कश्यप: सुतः।।।।
ākāśa-prabhavo brahmā śāśvato nitya avyayaḥ | tasmān marīciḥ sañjajñe marīceḥ kaśyapaḥ sutaḥ ||
Brahmā—arisen from space, eternal, constant, and imperishable; from him was born Marīci, and from Marīci, Kaśyapa, his son.
Eternal, changeless and imperishable Brahma arose from space and to him was born Marichi and to Marichi, Kasyapa.
Dharma is grounded in continuity and order: lineage and transmission are presented as structured, truthful remembrance of origins (satya in narration).
The speaker continues a cosmogonic genealogy, linking primordial beings to later progenitors relevant to the royal line.
Reverence for truthfully preserved tradition—accurate remembrance and teaching of sacred lineage.
