पम्पा-ऋष्यमूक-मार्गोपदेशः
Guidance to Pampa and Rishyamuka; counsel to befriend Sugriva
फलभारानतास्तत्र महाविटपधारिणः।।3.73.8।।शोभन्ते सर्वतस्तत्र मेघपर्वतसन्निभाः।
phala-bhārānatās tatra mahā-viṭapa-dhāriṇaḥ | śobhante sarvatas tatra megha-parvata-sannibhāḥ ||
There, on every side, splendid trees with mighty branches stand, bent low beneath the burden of fruit—appearing like clouds and mountains.
The trees with huge branches bent down with fruits look like mountains or clouds.
Dharma includes living in harmony with the world: the forest’s abundance is portrayed as lawful sustenance for those pursuing righteous ends.
Kabandha continues describing the route’s grove, highlighting its heavy fruiting and majestic appearance.
Simplicity and self-reliance: taking nourishment from nature without excess, while staying committed to duty.
