पम्पा-ऋष्यमूक-मार्गोपदेशः
Guidance to Pampa and Rishyamuka; counsel to befriend Sugriva
गम्यतां कार्यसिद्ध्यर्थमिति तावब्रवीत्स च।सुप्रीतौ तावनुज्ञाप्य कबन्धः प्रस्थितस्तदा।।3.73.44।।
gamyatāṃ kāryasiddhyartham iti tāv abravīt sa ca |
suprītau tāv anujñāpya kabandhaḥ prasthitas tadā ||3.73.44||
And he said to them, “Go, that your purpose may be fulfilled.” Then Kabandha, taking leave of the two who were greatly pleased, departed at once.
Then Kabandha said to the brothers satisfied, You may go now to accomplish your task. Then he took leave.
Dharma is purposefulness aligned with righteousness: one should proceed toward rightful aims without delay, especially when duty (kārya) is clear.
Kabandha gives final encouragement and formally departs after granting Rama and Lakshmana leave to continue.
Determination (niścaya): the brothers are urged to focus on ‘kāryasiddhi’—effective completion of their dharmic mission.
