गोदावरीतटे सीतान्वेषणम् — The Search for Sītā at the Godāvarī
देवदानवयक्षाणां लोका ये रक्षसामपि।बहुधा न भविष्यन्ति बाणौघैश्शकलीकृताः।।।।
deva-dānava-yakṣāṇāṃ lokā ye rakṣasām api | bahudhā na bhaviṣyanti bāṇaughaiḥ śakalīkṛtāḥ ||
The realms of the devas, dānavas, and yakṣas—and even those of the rākṣasas—once shattered into fragments by volleys of my arrows, will not endure.
The worlds of gods, yakshas or even demons torn into shreds by my arrows will not survive.
Dharma is implicitly contrasted with indiscriminate violence: the righteous aim (rescuing Sītā) risks becoming unrighteous if it destroys innocent orders and realms.
Rāma continues his hyperbolic vow, envisioning even celestial and semi-divine realms being torn apart by his arrow-storms.
Unyielding resolve—presented in a way that underscores the need for dharmic restraint.
