After Śarabhaṅga had attained heaven, companies of sages assembled and approached Rāma of the Kakutstha line, blazing with radiant tejas.

When Sarabhanga attained the heaven, all the sages collected together and came to Rama whose radiance was like fire.

The verse frames Rāma as a dharmic center of gravity: sages approach him because righteous kingship protects ascetic life; the moral axis is the mutual support between tapas (ascetic merit) and kṣatra-dharma (royal duty).

Following Śarabhaṅga’s departure to heaven, sages gather and come to meet Rāma in the forest, preparing to present concerns about safety and righteousness.

Rāma’s tejas (moral-spiritual radiance) is emphasized—his presence signifies strength aligned with dharma, not mere force.
