Shloka 3.26.29
दूषणवधः (The Slaying of Dūṣaṇa and the Rout of Khara’s Host)
ततः पावकसङ्काशैर्हेमवज्रविभूषितैः।जघान शेषं तेजस्वी तस्य सैन्यस्य सायकैः।।।।
tataḥ pāvakasaṅkāśairhemavajravibhūṣitaiḥ | jaghāna śeṣaṃ tejasvī tasya sainyasya sāyakaiḥ ||
Then, the resplendent Rama, using arrows that glowed like fire and were adorned with gold and diamonds, destroyed the remainder of that army.
Powerful Rama thereafter slayed the remaining army with his weapons studded with gold and diamonds and glowing like fire.
The arrows are described as 'pāvakasaṅkāśaiḥ' (glowing like fire) and 'hemavajravibhūṣitaiḥ' (decorated with gold and diamonds), symbolizing both their destructive power and royal quality.
The verse highlights the Kshatriya Dharma of protecting sages by destroying the forces of evil (the Rakshasa army), represented here by the resplendent (Tejasvi) Rama eliminating the threat.
