Brahmā’s Lotus-Birth, Puṣkara-Creation Imagery, Madhu–Kaiṭabha, and Early Genealogies

तयोस्तद्वचनं श्रुत्वा विबोध्यगतयोः परम् । त्रीनिमान्कृतवान्लोकान्यथेयं ब्रह्मणः श्रुतिः

tayostadvacanaṃ śrutvā vibodhyagatayoḥ param | trīnimānkṛtavānlokānyatheyaṃ brahmaṇaḥ śrutiḥ

Having heard their words and discerning the supreme truth concerning the two destinies, he created these three worlds—so declares this sacred teaching of Brahmā.
