तन्मे सर्वं यथातत्त्वं भवान्शंसितुर्महति । पुलस्त्य उवाच । शिवा नीलगिरिं प्राप्ता तपसे धृतमानसा

Transliteration

tanme sarvaṃ yathātattvaṃ bhavānśaṃsiturmahati | pulastya uvāca | śivā nīlagiriṃ prāptā tapase dhṛtamānasā

Translation

“Therefore, explain all of this to me exactly as it truly is; you are worthy to recount it.” Pulastya said: “Śivā reached Mount Nīlagiri, her mind firmly resolved on austerity.”
