One should write out the metrical patterns (vṛtti), arranging them by reversing and permuting their sequence; and by those methods one should, without omission, produce the complete classification and organization of the textual compositions (sandarbhas).

It highlights that preserving and organizing sacred knowledge is itself a dharmic act—systematic arrangement (bheda-yojana) ensures that teachings are transmitted intact and usable for learning and practice.
Indirectly: Bhakti relies on accurate śāstra transmission; by properly compiling and classifying texts, devotees can access correct mantras, stotras, and instructions without confusion or loss.
Chandas-oriented technique: recording metrical patterns (vṛtti/vṛtta) with numerical indexing and sequence permutation (vyatyasta-krama) to classify and organize connected textual units (sandarbhas).
