तवेयं हि महामूर्तिस्तस्यां त्वां सर्वगं प्रभो । भक्तिरेवहसमाकृष्टं दीपवत्स्थापयाम्यहम् ॥ ३८ ॥
taveyaṃ hi mahāmūrtistasyāṃ tvāṃ sarvagaṃ prabho | bhaktirevahasamākṛṣṭaṃ dīpavatsthāpayāmyaham || 38 ||
This great form is truly Yours; O Lord who pervades all, I establish You within it—drawn near by devotion alone—like a lamp set in its proper place.

It teaches that although the Lord is all-pervading, the devotee can ‘install’ His presence in a sacred form through concentrated devotion, making worship intimate and steady.
Bhakti is presented as the sole attracting force—devotion ‘draws’ the omnipresent Lord into the worshipper’s focus, enabling heartfelt upāsanā of the divine form.
Ritual-practice (kalpa-style upāsanā) is implied: establishing the deity in a form for worship, with the key principle that inner bhakti is the essential efficacy behind the rite.
