दैवाधीनं जगत्सर्वमिदं स्थावरजंगमम् । यथाप्रेरितमेतेन तथैव कुरुतें द्विज ॥ ७ ॥
daivādhīnaṃ jagatsarvamidaṃ sthāvarajaṃgamam | yathāpreritametena tathaiva kuruteṃ dvija || 7 ||
This entire universe—both the immovable and the movable—rests upon divine ordinance. O twice-born one, beings act exactly as They impel them.

Indirectly, it aligns with Jyotiṣa/daiva discourse (fate, time, and causality) as a framework for understanding life’s conditions, while still urging right conduct rather than fatalism.
