महादेवस्य संवादे नारदस्य च धीमतः यथावृत्तं प्रवक्ष्यामि धर्मकामार्थसाधकम् //

mahādevasya saṃvāde nāradasya ca dhīmataḥ yathāvṛttaṃ pravakṣyāmi dharmakāmārthasādhakam //

In the dialogue of Mahādeva and the wise Nārada, I shall relate the account exactly as it occurred—an account that accomplishes Dharma, Kāma, and Artha.
