Matsya Purana — Manvantaras
भूतभेदाश्च भूतेभ्यो जज्ञिरे तु परस्परम् संसिद्धिकारणं कार्यं सद्य एव विवर्तते //
bhūtabhedāśca bhūtebhyo jajñire tu parasparam saṃsiddhikāraṇaṃ kāryaṃ sadya eva vivartate //
From the elements, the various distinctions among beings arise mutually, one from another; and the effect—when its cause is fully in place—transforms at once into manifestation.
It presents a causality model where beings and elemental distinctions arise through mutual interaction, and when causal conditions are complete, the manifested effect appears immediately—supporting cyclical creation after dissolution.
By stressing interdependence (parasparam) and cause–effect (kāraṇa–kārya), it implies that orderly results in society come from completing the right conditions—ethical discipline, proper governance, and timely action—rather than expecting outcomes without causes.
Though not giving a direct building rule, it underlines the principle used in Vastu and ritual logic: when materials, measurements, directions, and rites are correctly completed (saṃsiddhi-kāraṇa), the intended result is expected to manifest without delay.
