Matsya Purana — Glory of Tīrtha-Śrāddha: Best Times

शृणोति यः पठेद्वापि श्रीमान्संजायते नरः //

śṛṇoti yaḥ paṭhedvāpi śrīmānsaṃjāyate naraḥ //

Any man who listens to this, or even recites it, becomes endowed with prosperity and auspicious fortune.
