Matsya Purana — Glory of Tīrtha-Śrāddha: Best Times
अङ्गभूतं च विख्यातम् आमर्दकम् अलम्भुषम् आम्रातकेश्वरं तद्वद् एकाम्भकमतः परम् //
aṅgabhūtaṃ ca vikhyātam āmardakam alambhuṣam āmrātakeśvaraṃ tadvad ekāmbhakamataḥ param //
Also famed is Aṅgabhūta; likewise Āmardaka and Alambhuṣa; also Āmrātakeśvara; and in the same manner, beyond these, Ekāmbhaka as well.
This verse does not discuss pralaya; it is a catalog-style line naming renowned tirthas/lingas, emphasizing sacred geography rather than cosmology.
Indirectly, it supports dharma through tirtha-yatra: householders (and kings supporting public religion) gain merit by honoring and maintaining renowned shrines and by undertaking regulated pilgrimage.
The verse itself lists shrine/linga names; its ritual significance is that these are recognized destinations for Shiva worship, implying established sanctuaries where linga-puja and kshetra observances are performed.
