Matsya Purana — Characteristics of Dvāpara and Kali Yugas

तेषां सप्तर्षयो धर्मं कथयन्तीह तेषु च //

teṣāṃ saptarṣayo dharmaṃ kathayantīha teṣu ca //

To them the Seven Sages here expounded dharma—the principles of righteous order—and they did so in the midst of their own assembly as well.
