Adhyaya 70 — Meditation on Devi
राक्षस उवाच ममात्रागच्छता गेहं प्रसादस्ते महान् कृतः ।
प्रसाधि किं करोम्येष वसामि विषये तव ॥
rākṣasa uvāca mamātrāgacchatā gehaṃ prasādas te mahān kṛtaḥ | praśādhi kiṃ karomy eṣa vasāmi viṣaye tava ||
The rākṣasa said: “By your coming here to my dwelling, a great favor has been done to me. Be gracious—what shall I do? I dwell within your realm.”
